• Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe — we never store your full credit card number
• Usage Data: Pages visited, browser type, IP address, and device information

• Generate and deliver shipping labels
• Process payments through our payment provider (Stripe)
• Communicate with carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx) on your behalf
• Send order confirmations and shipping updates
• Improve our Service and user experience

• Shipping Carriers: Address and package information is shared with UPS, USPS, and/or FedEx to generate shipping labels

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Label Shark uses minimal cookies necessary for the Service to function. These include session cookies to maintain your shipping flow state and preference cookies. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

We retain your shipping and transaction data for the period necessary to fulfill our obligations, typically 12 months. After this period, data is anonymized or deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
