Getting Started
Label Shark is an online platform that lets you purchase discounted shipping labels from UPS, USPS, and FedEx. We leverage bulk shipping agreements to pass savings of up to 80% off retail rates directly to you — no account, subscription, or minimum volume required.
It's simple: enter your ship-from and ship-to addresses, provide your package dimensions and weight, and we'll instantly show you live rates from all major carriers. Choose the best rate, fill in contact details, pay securely with Stripe, and your label is ready to download and print immediately.
No. Label Shark is designed for instant use. You can purchase a shipping label without creating an account. Just enter your shipment details, pay, and print. No sign-ups, no subscriptions.
We currently support UPS, USPS, and FedEx — the three largest shipping carriers in the United States. You'll see live rates from all available services for each carrier, so you can compare and choose the best option.
Currently, Label Shark supports domestic US shipments only (all 50 states plus US territories). We plan to add international shipping support in the future.
Pricing & Discounts
We partner with shipping carriers through volume discount programs. Because we aggregate shipping volume across all our users, we qualify for commercial pricing that's typically only available to large businesses. We pass these savings directly to you.
No hidden fees, no subscriptions, no minimums. The price you see on the rate selection page is exactly what you'll pay at checkout. Fuel surcharges, dimensional weight adjustments, and other carrier fees are pre-calculated and included in the quoted price.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Yes. Our rates are significantly lower than retail counter rates and often lower than online rates you'd get directly from the carrier. The exact discount varies by service level and route, but savings typically range from 40% to 80% off retail pricing.
Carriers offer multiple service levels (e.g., UPS Ground vs. UPS Next Day Air). Prices vary based on speed, distance, package size and weight, and residential vs. commercial delivery. That's why we show you all available options so you can pick the right balance of speed and cost.
Shipping Labels
After payment, your label is available for download as a PDF. You can print it on standard 8.5" × 11" paper, or on a 4" × 6" thermal label if you have a label printer. Cut out the label if using regular paper and attach it securely to your package with clear tape.
Shipping labels are generally valid for 28–30 days from the date of purchase, depending on the carrier. We recommend shipping your package as soon as possible after purchasing the label.
No. The label is generated based on the specific package dimensions and weight you provided. If your actual package differs significantly, the carrier may apply additional charges or return the package. Always ensure your package details are accurate.
You can re-download your label from the confirmation page or the link in your confirmation email. If you can't find it, contact our support team with your order details and we'll help you retrieve it.
No. A regular home or office printer with standard paper works perfectly. Just print the label, cut it out, and tape it to your package. For higher volume shippers, a 4" × 6" thermal label printer (like DYMO or Rollo) provides a more professional result.
Tracking & Delivery
Yes. Every label purchased through Label Shark includes a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website (ups.com, usps.com, or fedex.com) using the tracking number provided.
Delivery time depends on the service level you select. Options range from overnight (1 business day) to standard ground shipping (3–7 business days). Estimated delivery times are displayed when you compare rates, and are provided by the carrier.
After printing and attaching your label, drop off your package at the appropriate carrier location. UPS packages go to UPS Stores or UPS drop-off points. USPS packages go to any post office or USPS collection box. FedEx packages go to FedEx Office locations or drop boxes.
Carrier pickup scheduling is not currently available through Label Shark. You can schedule a pickup directly with the carrier using the tracking number on your label.
Refunds & Issues
Yes. Unused labels that have not been scanned by the carrier can be voided and refunded within 30 days of purchase. Contact our support team at support@label-shark.com with your order details to request a void.
Claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed directly with the carrier. Label Shark is a label reseller and does not handle package logistics. We can provide your shipment details to help you file a claim.
Additional charges may occur if the actual package dimensions or weight exceed what was provided at the time of purchase. Always measure and weigh your package accurately. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us and we'll help investigate.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Security & Privacy
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of security certification in the payments industry. Your credit card information never touches our servers.
We collect only the information necessary to generate your shipping label: addresses, package details, and contact information. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
We use minimal, essential cookies to maintain your session while creating a label. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
